Project Description

Information will be included on our website and will help “promote” your trip to potential volunteers. Explain the actual work that will be done during the project with as much detail as possible. Projects should not require prior trail work experience.

Yes, volunteers will hike from their camp site/accommodations to the worksite.

Travel Information:

Most projects are scheduled Sunday through Saturday, with volunteers arriving on Sunday afternoon, working M-F, and departing on Saturday morning.

The Vacation

Since crew members are spending their vacation time volunteering, we want to make sure they have some free time and get the chance to explore the local area. We strongly recommend that you provide a half-day or full day-off from trail work.
